Davos Ice Village
Baconinflate worked alongside Publicis Live to create an Ice Village at the international conference venue; Davos, Switzerland. The requirement was for some temporary structures to sit on top of an insulated and carpeted ice hockey rink. Seminar rooms were needed to host meetings, presentations and debates over the course of the 5 day global summit.
What we delivered:
We supplied nine temporary inflatable structures from our wide range of hire products. Each was complete with solid glass doors, heating and internal trussing.
The IndoorHaus domes (supplied in 7m, 10m and 13m sizes) are ideal for use at conferences and seminars. The smaller sizes are well suited for discussions and meetings, whilst the larger sizes can seat 100+ delegates alongside stages and AV equipment.
The AirDesic is a temporary structure for both indoor and outdoor use. The clean lines and exciting design of this structure adds a stunning central focus to any event.
Baconinflate built the Ice Village domes over a period of 2 days, working alongside other suppliers fitting the internals and custom-made wayfinding solutions. The internal trussing follows the form of the domes, allowing seamless installation of AV equipment. The solid glass doors allows privacy and security, whilst keeping an ambient temperature within the seminar space.
Baconinflate operates across the UK and worldwide.
