Audi Unveils Q3 Model With Inflatable Camper
Published on 23/06/2014
German car manufacturer Audi has unveiled its new Q3 model that can be hooked up with an inflatable camper. The model was presented at the 2014 Wörthersee festival in Austria held earlier this year, with the tent being designed exclusively for the Q3 by German travel equipment maker Heimplanet.
The camper is latched onto the vehicle’s back, but it can also be also used separately from the Q3. Audi says that the inflatable tent can be removed from the bag, rolled out and inflated in seven minutes. The camper can either be attached to the open rear liftgate of the Q3 outdoor model, or can be used on its own as a free-standing tent.
The inflatable camper has been developed to be used in extreme weather conditions and can withstand winds of up to 70 miles per hour.
Baconinflate also provides inflatable structures for all weather conditions. Our EventHaus® is an inflated urban dome with a unique cellular construction that offers an instant chill-out environment. EventHaus’ solid-walled construction also offers a variety of light levels that will enhance any internal audio-video or projection requirement.
The second skin of the structure provides a huge surface area for 360-degree branding, which is possible with the addition of the unique fully printed canopy. The Banner Loop system ensures brands’ logos and images are visible from a 360-degree radius but is also very discreet. The Full Digital Print Canopy, on the other hand, covers every external inch of the structure for maximum branding potential.
